- I actually covered around 6miles (10km) today. I wasn’t too fussed about the time I did it in, more so the distance I covered. It was so fucking hard near the end and my legs crazy hurt tonight!
- Sick of cyclists ping pinging at me to move like I was so close to tipping them in the canal hah
- Had steak with Laura and the waitress told me that with the steak I had, if it was rare she needed to warn me there would be more fat and I exclaimed ‘THE MORE THE BETTER!!!’ - cant take me anywhere etc
- I did a little lifting session pre-run which included:
4x5 30kg static lunges each leg
4x5 7.5kg bicep curls each arm
7x5 15kg lat pulldowns
1x5 27.5kg bench

- I was just telling Adam how no pizza till 5th April and how I am so determined recently.
- Had a lovely bath this evening with my kindle
- Lifting tomorrow and back to work :(
